We are excited to announce the relaunch of our small group training classes for 4-6 clients! Current classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 7am and Wednesday at 8am. If you are interested, please fill out our contact form at the bottom of this page and indicate days/times of interest. If our current classes don’t work, please list your preference as we will be adding classes.
We have taken many steps to ensure the safety of our staff and members against the spread of COVID-19 such as:
- Limiting capacity to 6 members at any given time.
- Equipment/surfaces cleaned with disinfectant after each use.
- Masks are no longer required. Feel free to wear a mask if you are more comfortable doing so.
- Two air cleaners continuously operate and doors are kept open to promote fresh air flow when weather permits.
Personal TouchWe start by recognizing fitness isn’t a one size-fits-all concept. When you work with our staff, it won’t take long to realize we don’t see you as “just another client”. We add the personal touch that counts when it comes to helping you learn to see nutrition and personal training as essential elements of a healthier life.
Our personal training and small group personal training starts with the FMS movement screen. This screen is utilized by medical professionals and professional sports teams to uncover compromised movement patters that may lead to injury or under-performance.
We use the findings of this screen to help devise your program along with your specific goals. Every workout program whether it be in the small group or private training format is tailored to each individual. The goal for all of our clients is to first get them moving well then build strength and endurance off of that foundation.
To increase quality of life through fitness and nutrition. We use Functional Movement Systems (FMS) screening to keep you at the right pace to balance safety and progress.
