TRAINING SESSION DURATIONS: BENEFITS AND EXPECTATIONS
Our personal training studio provides a comprehensive, results-driven approach designed to help every client succeed. Each new client begins by meeting with an onboarding specialist who will provide a tour of the facility, discuss personal goals, review exercise and medical history, and determine what it will take to realistically and safely achieve those goals. This initial consultation allows us to fully understand each client’s starting point and create the best path forward. During the first training session, clients complete our Kinetisense movement assessment and a strength assessment to evaluate mobility, posture, movement quality, imbalances, and current fitness levels.
In addition to training, we offer nutritional coaching at multiple levels based on each client’s individual needs, lifestyle, and goals. We also partner with DexaFit for advanced body composition testing, providing highly accurate data on body fat, lean muscle mass, and overall health metrics. Using all of the information gathered, our trainers develop a customized three-month training program specifically designed to maximize progress and deliver measurable results. At the end of each quarter, we reassess all initial testing—including movement, strength, and body composition metrics—to track progress, celebrate improvements, and adjust the program for continued success.
Every workout will begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the following training sessions (more details below for each):

- You will finish your program at our facility once your training session is over.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
We will have you come in early to warm up. The plus side to this is that we will have much more time to get through your program leaving you with less to do on your own.

BENEFITS
- Your entire workout is completed with your trainer.
- We will be able to monitor form and intensity throughout your training session ensuring that you get the most out of your time and effort.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
We will still encourage you to come in early for a warm up, but would like to build in a slightly more advanced dynamic warm up to better prepare you for the butt kicking that will ensue.
Once you’re feeling like you could rip a phone book in half and do the splits, we will guide you through your workout with the energy, attention, and creativeness you would expect from a top-notch trainer.

Semiprivate session prices listed are per person. To purchase training packages greater than four sessions you must meet minimum training frequency requirements- 2x/week to purchase 8, 3x/week for 12 and 4x/week for 16. If you would like to train more than 4x/ week well then you are just an absolute rockstar and we can certainly talk about further discounts.
