Born and raised in the Bay Area, I’ve been in the Health and Fitness industry for over 30+ years. I am certified as both a personal trainer and professional fitness trainer, specializing in fat loss/body recomposition, functional, stability, plyometric, competitive and strength training. I hold additional certifications in advanced personal training and advanced sports nutrition. Weightlifting since the age of 15, I began competing in fitness competitions at age 17, winning numerous Championship titles in 6 different Bodybuilding & Fitness organizations throughout my professional career. Being a published writer, a magazine cover model, and a fitness spokesperson, I also am an IFBB Figure Pro & IFBB Bikini Pro and have had the amazing opportunities to grace the world’s top stages such as the Olympia and the Arnold’s Sports Festival. Having been a dancer since the age of 10, I was a San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush cheerleader for 10 years. GO NINERS! I also have an AA in Speech Communications and a BA in Mass Media Communications.

Beyond the gym, my favorite hobbies are cycling, hiking, and strength training. I’m not just a fitness enthusiast in the gym, but in my everyday life too. PERSONAL TRAINERI was born and raised on the peninsula and have been playing or involved in sports/athletic pursuits for most of my life, starting with playing baseball as a kid. I earned my B.S. of Kinesiology with a focus on Movement and Exercise Science in 2020, and am currently studying for a Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification. I have experience training a diverse client base of various levels of function, age, and athletic backgrounds with aims to achieve a variety of goals, ranging from but not limited to returning to a previous level of daily function, skill acquisition, body transformation, and sport performance. My hobbies include hunting, fishing, kickboxing, and playing any kind of games. I look forward to meeting you and making an impact together!
PERSONAL TRAINERI’m from Sunnyvale, grew up in the South Bay and went to college in the East Bay. I have a Kinesiology degree from St. Mary’s College of CA where I learned strength and conditioning, athletic injury and care, sports psychology, and nutrition. I am also a high school wrestling coach, and have been coaching wrestling since I was 17. I have enjoyed weight lifting since I was 15. Being able to push my limits and physically improve myself has always been something that I found both interesting and fun. My hobbies include wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, rock climbing, weight lifting, and spending time with my dog Sasha.
